Yes, we cater!
Our catering flyer is no
w posted in the menus section of our website. We are also on Facebook. While we like to customize menus for our customers, these flyers will give you a good idea of catering we would love to do for you. If interested in corporate catering, Susan will be happy to visit with you and discuss menu options. For social catering, just give us a call at 703-549-5545 to discuss your plans.
We cook in small batches. Once food is gone for today, we won't cook more until tomorrow. We are happy to reserve orders if you call ahead. Our number is 703-549-5545.
Yes, we recycle: bottles, cans, plastic, cardboard and now food waste from our prep kitchen!
Seasonal drinks:
Iced tea (caf and decaf) infused with mint
Iced organic coffee (caf and decaf)
We also serve beer and organic house wines by the glass--chardonnay and shiraz

Winter salad with grilled granny Smith apples, prosciutto, , goat cheese, toasted almonds and mixed greens with maple balsamic dressing*
Crustless quiche with roasted salmond, spinach and dill*
Savory tart with broccoli, grilled sweet red peppers and parmesan cheese

Cucumber salad with capers, feta, tomatoes and red onion*
Marinated and grilled vegetables*
Roasted chick peas and cous cous with zucchini, onions and red peppers
Seasonal fruit salad with mint and lime zest*
The White House "creamed" spinach*
Farfalle pasta salad with edamame, carrots, scallions and sunflower seeds
Roasted winter squash with sweet potatoes, onions and a dash of balsamic vinegar*
Sweets:
Brown sugar pound cake cupcakes with caramel buttercream frosting
Gooey brownie tart with walnuts and a dollop of whippted cream

Cookies and espresso brownies (our macaroons are gluten free)
